This site has been rebuilt from the inside, and if I did it right, you won’t notice. Same design. Same URLs. Same feed.

It runs on Laravel now, with an editor that lets me write, stash drafts and come back to them without fighting the system. One concrete thing it does that the old setup couldn’t. I’m a developer who gets impatient with his own writing, so anything that removes friction is a net win.

The cover is still a fitted sheet. It stretches over whatever’s underneath and nobody sees the corners. I’ve done migrations like this by hand more times than I’d like to admit. This time I asked AI, and watched.

I know the shape of the thing better than I know every seam. Somewhere in the new walls there are little ghosts I haven’t met yet.

It looks the same, and it’ll change again. I know that much.
